DEFINITION: Defining random variables
The DEFINITION: block is used to define models for random variables which represent observations.
The observations can be:
Continuous observations with a residual error. In Simulx, this block is defined in the model file if the Simulx project is based on a model loaded by the user or if it has been imported from PKanalix, but it is automatically included in the .smlx Simulx project if the Simulx project has been imported from Monolix.
Non-continuous observations: count, categorical or time-to-event. In Simulx this block is always defined in the model file.
