setObservationDistribution
[Monolix] Set observation model distribution
Set the distribution in the Gaussian space for the observation
model(s). Available distribution types are "normal"
, "logNormal"
, or
"logitNormal"
. Call getObservationInformation
to get a list of
the available observation model names within the current project. Only specified
observation models will be changed. Call setObservationLimits
to set
limits for any logitNormal distributions.
Usage
setObservationDistribution(...)
Arguments
- ...
A list of comma-separated pairs {observationModel = (character) "distribution"}.
