Handling urine data

If urine data is present in the data set, the column with urine volume needs to be tagged as a REGRESSOR. After accepting the data set, the radio buttons are displayed in the Data tab to select if the data is plasma concentration or urine concentration (purple). If the urine option is selected, a dropdown is displayed in which a user can choose which regressor column represents urine volume (orange).

Specifying if the data is urine or plasma will have an impact on NCA calculations - different parameters are calculated in two cases. This information will however not impact CA.
